We are on a mission to deploy dedicated workers among the Unreached People Groups (UPGs) of each nation in the middle belt, planting multiplying communities of disciples who wholeheartedly understand and obey the great commission.

The story of Rev. Dr. Eloi Sobel Dogue, as it unfolds, is a profound testament to the transformative power of unwavering faith in God’s promises, mirroring the biblical narratives of faith’s pioneers who, against all odds, believed in the fruition of divine prophecies. His journey from the cultural tapestry of Senegal to the forefront of global missions encapsulates a life devoted to the belief that with faith as minuscule as a mustard seed, one can indeed move mountains, reshape destinies, and cross insurmountable barriers (Matthew 17:20). This belief has not only fueled his personal journey but has also been the cornerstone of DEKINA Ministries International’s mission.

As the co-founder of DEKINA MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL and the managing director of the Dekina Foundation, she has significantly impacted many lives through her diverse roles and unwavering commitment to God's work.
